How do I pay my bill online?
Open the link in your invoice message, or use “Pay my bill” on this site with your subscriber code and phone number. Tap “Pay with Whish” and approve the payment in your Whish app. Your receipt appears straight away.
Do I need an account to pay?
No. Anyone with the invoice link — or your subscriber code and phone number — can pay. An account adds your full history, PDF downloads, several lines in one place and sign-in with Google or Apple.
Where do I find my subscriber code and activation key?
Your subscriber code is printed on every invoice. To link it to an online account you also need an activation key — ask our team on WhatsApp or at the office and we'll send it to you.
Can I still pay in cash?
Of course. Visit our office (Mon–Sat · 9:00 – 18:00) and our cashier will record your payment and send you a receipt.
I paid with Whish but my invoice still shows unpaid.
Most payments confirm within seconds. If yours hasn't after a few minutes, keep your Whish confirmation and message us on WhatsApp — every payment is checked with Whish automatically, and we'll sort it out.
Can I pay several months at once?
Yes. In your account (or from any invoice link) choose “Pay all” to settle every open invoice in a single Whish payment. Any extra goes to credit and is used on your next invoice.
